Originating from Seville, Manzanillo produces a distinctive first press Extra Virgin Olive Oil that combines tropical notes with complex strawberry flavours. The finish displays balanced bitterness and moderate pungency.

OUR CRAFTING METHOD
Our 2022 Limited Release Koroneiki was produced using our proprietary Oliv.iQ Ultra Premium System. Small, select parcels of Koroneiki olives were picked at optimum ripeness and ultra-cold pressed into oil within 4 hours in our on-site mill. After pressing, the oil was allowed to settle before being tasted by our trained panel, who rated the oil as exceptional and worthy of the Limited Release series.
